Roomiez is a co-living platform that connects renters with affordable, furnished rooms in shared homes across Baltimore and the DC metro area. We handle screening, payments, and property management so you can focus on living.
Rooms start at around $150/week, paid weekly or bi-weekly. All utilities, WiFi, and common area access are included — no surprise bills.
No long-term lease required. We do ask for a 30-day minimum commitment (to protect owners from very short-term occupancy), after which your membership continues week-to-week. Leave anytime with 2 weeks' notice.
All members complete a background check and identity verification. This keeps our co-living community safe and trustworthy. There's no minimum credit score required.
Our approval process is fast — most applicants are approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you can move in as soon as the room is available.
