Roomiez screens every member. All members undergo background checks and identity verification before they can book any room. You never have to worry about vetting members yourself.
It depends on your plan. All owners get member screening, automated rent collection via Stripe, and lease management. Full Service owners also get move-in/move-out coordination, maintenance handling, property inspections, and member communications. Self-Managed owners handle day-to-day operations themselves at a lower platform fee.
Rent is collected automatically via Stripe on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Your earnings are deposited directly to your bank account, minus the management fee.
Yes — each bedroom should include at minimum a bed (full-size or larger), nightstand, lamp, and closet or armoire. We provide a detailed furnishing guide to help you set up quickly.
For Full Service properties, we handle the transition — when a member gives notice, we immediately begin marketing the room to our pre-approved member pool. Most rooms are re-filled within days. Self-Managed owners handle their own member turnover, but still benefit from the Roomiez member pool for new bookings.
